Klaudia and Tiberu were minimalists at heart, but they knew exactly what they liked. Klaudia loved the original beauty of the Cambridge Mill and wanted only to subtly higlight it with her florals rather than cover it up.
DRAMA & CREATIVITY
Klaudia has her heart set on a deep burgundy and eggplant colour palette with touches of orange for her fall wedding. I added pops of light colours to create depth and contrast so that the dark colours would not disappear into the background in photos.
CEREMONY
Klaudia loved the waterfront view at The Cambridge Mill and felt it needed very little in terms of decorating. I opted for aisle markers which sit by the chairs on the groudn and frame the walkway perfectly without taking up too much space or height. It was just the right amount of colour for the venue.
CAMBRIDGE MILL RECEPTION
Being the creative that Klaudia is, she had an exact vision of her table centerpieces. She ordered custom-made wooden lanterns (we worked together on the size and colour options) and then I added mini floral designs to the lanterns on-site along with votive candles.
The vision came together perfectly creating a warm, rustic and cozy setting for Klaudia’s wedding reception.
The Cambridge Mill is one of our most popular venues to work at and one of our favourites in the Cambridge-Waterloo region!
